ROYAL LATIN BEAUTY will not take responsibility for shipping cost due to wrong or incomplete address or change of address after order you can or may contact usps to reroute it to your new or correct /current address.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Items
ROYAL LATIN BEAUTY is not liable for any products/items/packages, lost or stolen packages during the shipping. Once we turn in the items/packages to USPS now it is under their care and responsibility for packages. For lost packages you can contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 with the information we provide you. If they are not able to find or locate you package you will have file a claim for lost package report with USPS . PLEASE SAVE ALL DAMAGE PACKAGING MATERIALS AND DAMAGE GOODS BEFORE OPENING TAKE PICTURE THEN FILE CLAIM..
